Open to youth ages 9-13 [grades 5 - 8] years old, we plant the foundation of success for participants that ground them in their own evolutionary potential.

Preparatory programming that provides a base foundation for self-discovery, self-confidence, self-exploration, self-esteem, communication, leadership, teamwork, blueprint development, and transformation.

DTD Leadership

Open to young adults ages 14-18] [grades 9 - 12] years old participants move into action of what leadership means within self and in their communities.

From the base foundation, we go deeper into topics and experiences, youth need to home in on while elevating the foundation set and preparing them for the next phase.

Cohort participants have a better understanding of what is not only required of them in the real world, but they also know how to navigate the pathways for success. Life is far beyond scholarship applications and admissions acceptances. We prepare our cohort beyond their experiences for success.

DTD Executive Leadership

Open to young adults ages 18-24 as we further training in leadership, networking, and career advancement for sustainability, growth, and elevation into the real world.

Cohort participants receive executive level training to enter the workforce, increase networking credentials, soft skills, hard skills, and the list continues.
